Ebony is among the most dense and highly prized woods in the world, so dense that it is often treated as a hardstone– a gem to display in striking rings like this one. Here it is artfully cut to fit this handmade geometric ring. It's deep shadowy color is a perfect contrast to the rich 18k gold in which it is set. A channel of full cut diamonds parallels the ebony and extends over the sides of the sculptural ring. Totaling about .15 carat in total weight, the full cut diamonds are graded near colorless G color grade and VS clarity grade. The ring is currently a size 11 and may be minimally resized upon request. The top measures about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch wide, for scale.
